3. Account Management
Customers may deactivate their accounts at any time. Customers can request complete deletion of their accounts and associated data by contacting our admin team. Once deleted, accounts and uploaded files cannot be recovered.
4. File Uploads & Content Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to print the materials they upload. Prohibited content includes copyrighted materials without permission, offensive or discriminatory content, and illegal or fraudulent materials. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these policies.
5. Printing Quality & Limitations
We strive to ensure the best possible print quality. However, results may vary depending on the file resolution and format provided by the customer. Customers are encouraged to review their designs carefully before submission. We are not responsible for errors in submitted files (e.g., typos, low-resolution images).
6. Payment & Refunds
Payment must be completed before printing orders are processed. Refunds are available only for defective prints or service errors directly caused by us. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
7. Delivery & Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. Delays due to third-party shipping providers are beyond our control. Customers will be notified promptly if there are unexpected delays in order fulfillment.
8. Customer Support
Our support team is available via email, phone, or chat for assistance. We aim to resolve all inquiries within 24–48 business hours.
