4. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before printing begins. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided files, including spelling mistakes or low-resolution images.
5. Refunds & Returns
Refunds are available only for defective prints or service errors directly caused by us. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Customized items cannot be returned unless defective.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to third-party shipping providers. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
